The property was overall clean and SIMPLE. The staff was helpful and attentive and great to deal with. The idea to include a coffee maker and fridges in the triple room was nice. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a medieval stone bridge was particularly good and stunning. We enjoyed this hotel and would come here again.

Fantastic Staff, great location, beautiful building. Worth every penny!
The stairs! 3 flights no elevator but worth it for the location.

Have been upgraded to a single room ensuite; nice little room with tv and aircon; could even see the duomo from there; free wi-fi; everything worked fine, so no complaints :)

The location is excellent, only a few blocks from the Duomo and many other city attractions. There is a nice cafe (bar) for coffee, food, and cups of ice directly across the street. FREE WIFI! The quality was great for the relatively low price of the stay. The hotel has a unique Italian or European feel and layout where it's probably a very old building that has been renovated as a hotel (never been to a hotel like this in the US). We were upgraded at no charge to a private bathroom, which certainly won't always happen, but started our stay on a perfect note!
The hotel is located on about the fourth floor with no elevator... at least you get some extra exercise. The beds were poor compared to most hotels and inns in the US (no box-spring) but this doesn't appear to be uncommon in Europe. There was no ice machine, which is again not uncommon in Europe.

This hotel don't provide air condition. Don't ever go to this hotel during the summer time, you will get a heat stroke at the hotel room!!!!!

The location is excellent. 5 min away from the train station and the Duomo. While it is near everything, I found it to be a quiet spot.
The room was small and the shower didn't have much pressure. The hotel needs a little revamping. There was air conditioner but it was very complicated to get it to work. The lady at the front desk was not very present and a little indifferent. Ideal for backpackers - but the hotel is overpriced.

The hotel was little and the staff was nice, it had magnificent location close to bus and train stations. The service was fantastic, including an early check-in. As I noticed, working of free Wi-Fi throughout the property was OK.
